Welcome to our brand new web site. We have produced an easy to
order system incorporating simple product search facilities and
added features such as an Automatic VAT Receipt for your business,
a "Special Offer" section,
a "Recent Additions" section,
and an On-Screen amendable shopping basket.
Ordering is made directly to our Secure
Server and extracted by us several times a day in our
own offices. A confirmation email is generated automatically by
the system, but does not include your confidential information
such as your credit card number. As an additional assurance, we
take no money at the point of ordering. Our sales staff do this
manually as the order is processed and passed through to our despatch
department.
To find the items you require select one of the Product Group
buttons on the left where, in most cases, you will be offered
an additional choice of categories. Alternatively enter a key
word in the "Product Search"
box (above) such as "DVD", "Micro", "Loudspeaker"
etc., or search by Brand name. Items are also listed and
illustrated in our "Special Offers" section. A new section for
"Recent Additions" is provided
where new lines and significant price reductions are instantly
displayed.
The search engine will produce a short list of product that meets
your search criteria. Just enter the quantity you require and
click on the "Buy" button.
The item will be added to "Your Basket"
displayed on the right of your screen. (Disregard the default
"1" in each box - ordering is only actioned with the
"Buy" button). Continue adding items and monitor
the order value in your basket. You can delete any line at any
time by clicking the small X
shown in the order summary.
Proceed to "Check Out"
where you will enter the secure area. Enter your name and
address details taking care to enter your correct Post Code and
email address. Choose the "UK inc. NI
etc" from the drop down box unless you are ordering
from abroad (which includes Eire and the Channel Isles!). This
screen also provides for the option of adding delivery by Next
(working) Day Carrier but note this service is not
available for Over-Water addresses or the Highlands. See the Delivery
Charges section
This is a new feature available upon request to our existing customers.
To safeguard any misuse of your credit card we will require a
signed authority from you before coding your web account to provide
the delivery address fields.
This is a good time to assure you that no customer details are
passed on to third party businesses. The only call you may get
from us will be in case of order query and the only mailing will
be the Annual mail out of our Pricebuster Pricelist. Proceed to
Payment.
This screen requires your card details. Remember we take no money
on line. You then have the choice to proceed, amend or cancel
your order. You can amend order lines at any time via the shopping
basket. Press to proceed.
This screen displays the summary of your order. Please check the
items ordered and that your address is correct. Once you are completely
happy click on "confirm and complete".
Your order is now posted and secure on our system. Most orders
are despatched within 24 hours subject to our normal credit card
and address checking procedures.
A new feature requested by many of our customers. We can now give
you the opportunity to print a VAT Receipt
for your business or personal accounts.
