Media prices are calculated with the minimum of profit margin we can bear, and hence, carry a postage charge. Smaller orders are sent by Packet Post at cost, whilst larger parcels are sent by next day carrier at £7.45 per order even if it is made up of several large parcels. If in doubt please call our sales guys who can quote you.

All parcels sent overwater (including N.I., Channel Islands, IOW and IoMan) and the Highlands & Islands carry an additional surcharge of £6.00 per parcel – even on “Post Free” shipping!

Unlike our competitors, we have negotiated very good carriage rates to European destinations. We can quote very competitive carriage costs to most European countries – please email for a quote per parcel.

Should your purchase prove to be faulty please contact us so that we may arrange uplift on larger items. Items should be returned in their original packaging and heavier items should be double boxed. In all cases please contact us first. Many operational errors can be diagnosed over the telephone, so please do call first.
